Bolo mesclado de chocolate e limão
Bolo mesclado de limão com chocolate pro lanche das muitas tardes de férias aqui em casa.
Amo encher a casa com meus afilhados e amigos do Bernardo, bricadeiras mil e lanche feito com todo amor do mundo pra eles, que enfeitam e alegram ainda mais os meus dias.
O meu bolinho de sempre:
No liquificador:
2 ovos grandes
200 ml de leite de coco
1 pitada de sal
200 g de manteiga
1 1/2 xícara de açúcar
Bate bem e, na tigela da batedeira misturar à
2 xícaras de fr de trigo peneiradas
1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó
Bater um pouco, +/- 3 minutos e dividir a massa em duas partes:
Acrescentar 1/2 xícara de chocolate em pó a uma das partes e à outra, 1 cl de chá de raspas de limão. Misture bem e intercale as massas numa assadeira untada e polvilhada.
Forno médio +/- 45 minutos.
Ganache pra cobertura:
1 barra de chocolate meio amargo picado
1 caixinha de creme de leite
Derreter no microondas por 1 minuto, espalhar sobre o blo e servir.
Por aqui todos gostam do bolo morninho.
